We are very lucky to have a dedicated team of professionals at the Centre and this is demonstrated by our low staff turnover. Caroline started out as a botanist but on finding a lack of quality preschool care and education for her own children trained as a teacher and specialist in early years education. She now leads a team of thirteen, all highly qualified and many of whom are graduates. Most importantly they have a commitment to providing high quality care and education for every child. We are always pleased to receive applications from candidates interested in working with us. If you are fun, friendly, reliable and believe you can help every child achieve the most from their time with us we would love to hear from you. Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of NVQ level 3 Childcare or equivalent and be keen to further develop their skills and qualifications. We also take apprentices so do get in touch if you are keen to work in childcare, but are not yet qualified to the levels we require.
